brāhmaṇena vusīmatā;

a brahmin who has lived the life;

यंyaṃ वेदगुनाve·da·gu·nā पत्तब्बं,pat·tab·baṃ

Yaṁ vedagunā pattabbaṁ,

it should be attained by a knowledge master,

भिसक्केनbhi·sak·ke·na अनुत्तरं।a·nut·ta·raṃ

bhisakkena anuttaraṁ.
