isrāyelaḥ santānānāṃ mramaśakāle levīyajanā yathā bhrāntā bhavana tathā bhāntā na bhūtvā ye ractaṇīyaṃ ractitavantasteṣāṃ yājakānāmthataḥ sādoākasya santānagaṇasya madhye pavicokṛtānāṃ janānāṃ sa bhaviṣyati|

It shall be for the priests that are sanctified of the sons of Zadok; which have kept my charge, which went not astray when the children of Israel went astray, as the Levites went astray.

तेte तस्यtas·ya ्िञ्चिदपिiñcidapi नna विकेष्यन्तिvikeṣyanti नna निमास्यन्तेnimāsyante वाvā, देशस्यde·śas·ya साऽयिमांशःsā'yimāṃśaḥ परहस्तगताparahastagatā नna भविष्यतिbha·viṣ·ya·ti, यतःya·taḥ सsa सद्ाप्रमोाःsadāpramoāḥ कृतेkṛ·te पवित्रःpa·vit·raḥ।

te tasya iñcidapi na vikeṣyanti na nimāsyante vā, deśasya sā'yimāṃśaḥ parahastagatā na bhaviṣyati, yataḥ sa sadāpramoāḥ kṛte pavitraḥ|

And they shall not sell of it, neither exchange, nor alienate the firstfruits of the land: for it is holy unto the LORD.

तस्यtas·ya पद्धविंप्रतिसहखनलमानस्यpaddhaviṃpratisahakhanalamānasya पाश्वस्याग्रोpāśvasyāgro विष्लतायाःviṣlatāyāḥ पञ्चpañ·ca सहखनलमानाsahakhanalamānā योऽवरःyo'varaḥ सनsana पविःpaviḥ सsa नगरस्यna·ga·ras·ya कृतेkṛ·te निवासाथेकःnivāsāthekaḥ परिसराधंकखचparisarādhaṃkakhaca भविष्यतिbha·viṣ·ya·ti, तस्यtas·ya मध्यस्थलेmadhyasthale चca नगरंna·ga·raṃ स्थास्यतिsthās·ya·ti।

tasya paddhaviṃpratisahakhanalamānasya pāśvasyāgro viṣlatāyāḥ pañca sahakhanalamānā yo'varaḥ sana paviḥ sa nagarasya kṛte nivāsāthekaḥ parisarādhaṃkakhaca bhaviṣyati, tasya madhyasthale ca nagaraṃ sthāsyati|

And the five thousand, that are left in the breadth over against the five and twenty thousand, shall be a profane place for the city, for dwelling, and for suburbs: and the city shall be in the midst thereof.

ittham vyālevīyā nāmadhikāsānnagarādhikārapayadhantā sā bhūmiradhyattasyādhikārasya madhye sthāsyati tāṃ vihāya yā bhūmi vidbhadāḥ sīnno bindhāmīnasya sīnnaśca madhye vidyate sādhyactasya bhaviṣyati|

Moreover from the possession of the Levites, and from the possession of the city, being in the midst of that which is the prince’s, between the border of Judah and the border of Benjamin, shall be for the prince.
