sa ca māṃ tat sthānamanighīt, tatra teja-. sasyevābhāviśisa ekā nara āsīt, tasya āste kārpāsa nirmmitā racnuḥ parimāṇāthakoā nalacāvidyetāṃ satra gāpure'tiṣarūt|

And he brought me thither, and, behold, there was a man, whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a line of flax in his hand, and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.

सsa पुरुषाpu·ru·ṣā माम्mām अवादीत्a·vā·dīt, भाbhā नरसन्तानnarasantāna, अहंa·haṃ त्वांtvāṃ यद्यत्yad·yat षदश्रंयिव्यामिṣadaśraṃyivyāmi तत्tat मन्येman·ye त्वंtvaṃ चन्तुभ्यांcantubhyāṃ निरीच्तखnirīctakha कणीर्यांkaṇīryāṃ दणdaṇa तत्रtat·ra मनोma·no निघत्खnighatkha चca, यतस्तांyatastāṃ यथाya·thā तत्tat प्रदशंयेयंpradaśaṃyeyaṃ तदथtadatha त्वमचानीतःtvamacānītaḥ। त्वयाtva·yā यद्यद्yad·yad द्शिव्यतेdśivyate तत्tat सर्व्वम्sar·vam इखायेलकुलायikhāyelakulāya निवेद्यतांni·ved·ya·tāṃ।

sa puruṣā mām avādīt, bhā narasantāna, ahaṃ tvāṃ yadyat ṣadaśraṃyivyāmi tat manye tvaṃ cantubhyāṃ nirīctakha kaṇīryāṃ daṇa tatra mano nighatkha ca, yatastāṃ yathā tat pradaśaṃyeyaṃ tadatha tvamacānītaḥ| tvayā yadyad dśivyate tat sarvvam ikhāyelakulāya nivedyatāṃ|

And the man said unto me, Son of man, behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and set thine heart upon all that I shall shew thee; for to the intent that I might shew them unto thee art thou brought hither: declare all that thou seest to the house of Israel.
